Located at 12 Gayi Street, this art gallery, founded in Gyumri in 1991, was not only the very first private art museum in the Shirak region, but in Armenia as a whole. The collection inside includes 8,000 works of art and sculptures, many of which have been created by local artists. Included are samples of Armenian, European, and Russian graphics and cinema posters. Within his spacious gallery, owner Artush Mkrtchyan also has an impressive collection of Soviet household glass as well as the largest 18th century and 19th century etching assortment.
